I loved how strong willed Danni was as a character. She didn't back down when others wanted her to back off. She was actually a bit bull headed about things charging in a not meaning to cause a bit of trouble with how she did things. I also loved that even though Armstrong didn't like the way she handled things he did make sure to stick around and make sure that his partner was safe because she's not willing to back down and he wants to be there for her. I also loved the connection between the two and that the relationship that they seemed to be forming didn't get in the way of the case that they were doing. I loved that Armstrong was also there to ground her and to not focus on work so much and to relax and slow things down a bit. Overall I thought that this book was pretty good I really enjoyed it.

Overall I thought that this was a pretty good book. Its your basic love story between a women who ends up getting knocked up by an unreliable, non committal cowboy. I wishes that there was more to this book though to make it unique. I feel like I've read this book multiple times, different name and place but same situation same solution. It was still a good story and I enjoyed it.

Contemporary? Check. Romance? Check. Amazing Cowboy? Double check. This book has all that I want for a great book and I really enjoyed it. I loved how hard working and loving Cissy was. She did all that she could possibly do for her sisters twins. Then there's Dominic there to help out when she needed it most. I liked that although Cissy had some sense to take help when offered she didn't take it for free. She worked to repay the person and worked in general to make something of herself and give the twins more then what she and her sister had. Overall this book was really good and I enjoyed it. I would love to say more about this book but it would be hard to do so without spoiling it.

Review:

Victor has been a bronc rider with a past and has been doing well for himself. That was until he finds out that his nephew was found on his own and needs to temporarily be cared for until his grandmother is found or a foster home is available. His lifestyle isn't right for a kid but with the help of Tanya a barrel racer they'll work out taking care of the kid.

I have a soft spot of rodeo cowboys books and was sure to request this book through netgalley for a honest review. I really enjoyed this book. I wasn't much of a fan of Victor at first I felt that he was selfish more worried about his career then his family member and after getting into this book I understood why. I thought his backstory was an interesting one.As for Tanya I liked her character as well. The story was written well, I just couldn't put the book down. I loved that this book was unique in its own ways and that even if I read similar with sort of the same theme this book had its way of standing out making this book very enjoyable. Overall a great book I really liked it.

Review:

Sierra is on her next job as a physical therapist which is a welcomed chang after the accusations of her last client. Shes a city girl so life in a small town has its obvious differences. Shes now working for Jarrett Ross's younger sister who was injured by a drunk driver. Ever since the accident Jarrett and his younger sister can't help but feel its his fault and he's pretty much sworn off his old lifestyle and girls. Soon as Sierra steps in as competent at her job she he just can't keep his eyes off of her.

I enjoyed this book it was sweet, simple and predictable. It was a light and fun read. I enjoyed seeing the interaction between Jarrett and Sierra. I loved how well meaning she was with every choice that she made. I loved how the small town lifestyle was getting to her and how she was able to help her client do more with herself then stay depressed. Overall a pretty good story I really enjoyed it.

Review:

Kimberly is sent to write a story on a ranch that helps rehabilitate troubled boys. Make them better part of the society with a 100% success rate. Thing is they are low on funds and a story on them could help generate some cash flow. Kimberly is skeptical that everything is as perfect as it seems so she must dig deep to see if everything is what it appears to be.

So the thing is as much as I liked it I wished that there was more to the book. I like short holiday books but I also like them packed with things to keep them interesting, drama and such. But this book there really much going on just a bunch of fluff which was still fun to read but I was hoping for more.

Beside that I liked that Kimberly was an interesting character, I liked that both Garrett and Kimberly's backstory was told to give a bit of depth to the characters. I liked the overall story but like Kimberly I was skeptical I was hoping for a bit of trouble when it came to the ranch to stir things up. I liked the connection between Garrett and like that there was multiple POV. I really liked this book it was sweet to read and good for the holidays.

Review:

Josie is back to her hometown to help out her father. All though her life she went though seeing her mother go in out out of relationships like its going out of style leaving her with relationship issues. At least she had her loving father around. The problem is now that shes back she has to deal with seeing a man she loved and knowing he had a wife and kid. Its pretty obvious that the flames that they once had is flaring up. After learning how relationships are by her mother Josie doesn't think she can handle trying to get close to him again.

First off not much of a holiday book. It could've been placed at anytime at all and wouldn't have changed the book. I thought that there would be more holiday stuff going on being that it says christmas in the title. I'm searching out for more holiday books to recommend while the holiday books are out which is the only reason that I'm pointing this out. Other then that this is your basic second chances book, with a bit of drama and steam going on. I wished that there was more to the book then just what happened so I'm going to rate this book 3 stars. The storyline was interesting, this book was well written but I wished that there was more to this book. I feel like I've read many story's likes this and wanted more from it to make it unique. Overall it was a nice story and I did enjoy it.

Review:

When a patient of Violet and Gavin's pass away they had given the two doctors custody of the child until they want the child themselves or can find a parents to adopt the child. They already have that attraction and playing house with the child isn't helping. As soon as they can get the child adopted they can go back to their lives.

I thought that this was a sweet book. I loved watching the connection between the two. I enjoyed seeing how they worked as a family. Although the tension between whether or not they would keep the baby and if they were going to be together or if Violet was going to transfer. I just wished there was much more to the book then what was happening. I was hoping for more drama. That could just be that recently I've been reading books with loads of drama and suspense that this book just didn't do it for me. But if you as a reader do enjoy a good sweet story with a orphaned premie baby in the mix then this book just might be the one you are looking for.

Review:

After the death of her husband while on duty she's pretty much set herself to make sure not to go for another man that works as a cop. Its easy enought to do when her teenage son seems to be having a hard time dealing with things and getting himself into trouble. To have a fresh new start Kate goes to live back with her mother where shes is already trying to set her up with the local sheriff. Kate must learn to balance being a parents to a troubled teen as well her her blooming feeling for the sheriff.

Overall this book was a pretty good short story that kept me hooked. I loved the relationship between Kate and Cole. I loved that not only did this book have the point of view of the two main characters but the son of Kate's as well. It helped showed another side of him that would've been harder to understand if you didn't get his point of view.I loved watching the relationship between Cole and Kate and that there was just enough drama to keep things interesting. I really enjoyed this book and reocmmend you lovely readers to check out this book.

She and Shane briefly had a relationship but their careers got in the way and those old feelings hasn't seemed to fade. Thing is if she gets close to Shane he might end up finding out that her son's real fathers identity and tell his brother. Cassidy isn't ready for her secret to be revealed but it just might be something she needs to face.

Overall. I really loved this book. It was short and enjoyable. I loved watching the attraction between Cassidy and Shane. I wasn't fond of Shane's brother though, I can understand why things turned out the way it did but I didn't like how it played out. I can understand as well why Cassidy was holding on to her son a bit but she should've just said something to begin with to lessen the blow for everyone. I want to say more about what I liked about this book without spoiling it for those of you out there who hadn't seen the book so I'll just stop it here.
