On the run with no memory,

he’ll have to trust a woman from his past to save his future.

On the shores of her lighthouse on a stormy night, the last thing Ava Donovan expected to see was her old flame Liam Brody. While investigating a nearby shipwreck, Liam’s business partner was murdered at sea. With no memory of the incident, no alibi and in need of refuge, Liam finds safe haven with Ava, her lighthouse providing a perfect hideout from those trying to catch him. Finally reunited, Ava will stop at nothing to help Liam restore his memory and, with it, the truth behind the brutal murder. But will love be enough to recover what was lost…before time runs out?
Ava is working on renovating a lighthouse when a guy from her path Liam shows up as a fugitive with no memory of a crime that was committed. She's already weary of the police and Liam is just trying to figure out what really happened and now Ava is in a position to maybe help him look into the crime to prove his innocence.

I really enjoyed reading this mystery suspense novel. I enjoyed watching as they work together to figure out what really happened, Ava is a amateur sleuth and in her own way trying to find connection together in question those in suspicion. This had a small town with everyone being loose-lipped and closely know each other so in a way they're tight-lipped and protecting those they care about. But it was interesting seeing how they work together to piece things to redeem Liam from being considered a murderer, there was a small romance going on between the two which didn't it really distract from what was going on. Overall this was a pretty good book if you like mystery suspense novels you might like this.

More than friends?

Maybe by Valentine's Day!

Shy Kitty Crawley never got over her crush on former bronc champ Tyson Ellis. She’s always been his pal and “my buddy’s shy little sis” and that’s just dandy. Mostly. But now that Tyson’s temporarily the guardian of two little girls—and in way over his cowboy hat—they’re finding more ways to bond. Suddenly Kitty’s cowboy crush is in danger of growing into something else. And with Valentine’s Day just around the corner, there’s no escaping Cupid…or the bronc rider she’s falling for.
Such a cute book it was heartwarming and sweet. I loved the romance that was happening. I loved the sense of community with others always willing to lend a hand to those in need. Tyson is watching his nieces for a short while and was doing everything he can to make their stay comfortable. Kitty used to have a thing for Tyson in the past and it looks like those feeling didnt leave but its looking like someone is out to pursue her and she's not sure how she feels about this guy so it was interesting seeing how that played out. Overall theres plenty of sweet heartwarming moments and I really enjoyed out.

A child in danger

And two parents who have never met

When her adopted daughter is abducted, Edie Beswick suspects the man who claims to be her little girl’s father…until she sees how Jake Cassin reacts to Laney’s disappearance. Working together increases their chances of finding the child they both love, but it complicates their looming custody battle. Is indulging in their attraction just a welcome release for two people in pain—or do they have a future as a family?
When Jake shows up at Laney's bakery looking for his daughter Laney is unsettled .The child looks just like her adopted daughter. When Laney's daughter goes missing her first thought is the strange man until she find out he isn't behind this and then they go on a mission to find to the missing daughter.

This was a pretty interesting book I enjoyed watching as they followed any leads they could find. This isn't Jakes first rodeo of his daughters going missing and now hurts even more being so close yet so far when she goes missing once again but now he got Laney someone as desperate as him to find her. This mothers love holds no bounds and would do everything she can to get her daughter back and figure out why the person even did this. Along with the suspense of following leads and such there was a bit of romance and steamy scene sprinkled throughout to keep things interesting. Overall I really enjoyed this book it was a pretty quick read for me.

Some secrets should stay

beneath the surface…

Working alongside Marlowe McCoy means that NYPD diver Wyatt Trumbull has to ignore his fierce attraction to the prickly safecracker. He faces a whole new set of challenges when she finally responds to his desire with her own—and when clues in his latest case implicate her family. He wants to protect her, but will his own hidden scars make them both vulnerable?
Marlowes skills at being a safecracker make her a great asset and tends to get called frequently by the NYPD lately. Things start to get complicated when Marlowe is seeing a bit of connection between her family and Wyatts case and the more they look into it its clear she's onto something.

I really enjoyed this book. There was plenty going on to keep me interesting like how Marlowe was seeing certain connections that police weren't and how she decided to follow up with her own type of shotty investigating. Then there was Wyatt who was the actual investigator to what's going on and when he finds out about her looking into things when she shouldn't ends up aiding her or at least protecting her from herself because she was catching someone who clearly didn't want her looking into things eye. There was a bit of steamy scenes which also kept things interesting. Overall pretty good book I enjoyed it.

Reunited to solve a crime…
Or become the next victims?

She returned home for a funeral, but Olivia Ballard is soon embroiled in her grandfather’s possible murder. But working with Huck Monroe, Sunset Cove’s new deputy detective, is more than business—he broke Olivia’s heart a decade ago. Huck is just as dedicated to uncovering the truth as he is tamping down any old feelings…until family secrets reveal a shocking surprise and unmitigated danger.
Olivia is back home for the funeral for her very much loved grandfather who after looking into it feels like more then an accident. When clues are leading towards possible murder Olivia looks further into it with deputy detective Huck who broke her heart a while ago.

I like a good mystery book and I really found myself enjoying this one. It was also a quick read for me as well so if you like a mystery that isn't too long but with a lot going for it you'll like. There was a bit of attraction between the Olivia and Huck that was somewhat from the past they once had I appreciate that it didn't completely take over the book because clearly they are out to solve the mystery. I really enjoyed following along as they put things together and seeing how everything came out in the end. Highly Recommend!

Framed and on the run…
with killers on their trail.

When her brother is set up for a murder he didn’t commit, the last thing Naomi Pearson wants to do is turn to her bounty hunter ex-husband for help. But she knows Connor Ryan is her best option to bring Jared home safely after he disappears. When the criminals come after Naomi too, will Connor’s protection keep her alive long enough to find her brother?
Naomi witnessed her brother being framed for a murder and now he's on the run. She would love to do anything but call her ex Conner who is a bounty hunter but she's going to need his help to find her brother. Now it seems someone is after her and she must keep safe until the people behind her brothers framing and the attacks on her life is caught.

I really enjoyed this book and seeing how it played out. The characters were interesting. They had a past with eachother and it didn't work out, had their own seperate life experiences and now are forced into eachothers lives once again. There were plenty going whether it was spotting her brother or few attempts on her life where you can't help but wonder who is this person and why they are doing what they are doing. Then there was the brief romance that is going on in the book this book is a clean one so I did appreciate that. Overall this was a pretty good book I loved following along as they pretty much ran for their lives.

Investigating a decade-old robbery

turns into a fight for survival.

New evidence tied to a ten-year-old robbery sends Lila Christie running to her ex-fiancé, Sheriff Stewart Duncan, for support—and right into a gunman’s crosshairs. Reopening the case that left his father dead and hers missing is the last thing Stewart wants, especially now that Lila’s a target. But could uncovering old mysteries give them a second chance…or make them victims in their own investigation?
10 years ago a robbery featured Lila and Stuart dads leaving his dad dad and her dad missing but with newly uncovered evidence Lila might finally get the closure they need. The problem is that someone is trying to silence Lila with a few deadly attempts to stop them from looking further into what's going on letting them to believe there was someone else in the mix and needs to figure out what's going on and who is the person before they really take someone out.

Man this book was non-stop with the action and I definitely love that. There was just so much going on that it really kept me on my toes and had me never wanting to put this book down because I needed to know more. There was just so much twist and turns and when I thought things were starting to look okay of course they weren't. Aside from the whole person trying to silence them bit there was a slight look into Lila and Stuart relationship. Clearly they still had feelings for each other but Lila was only there to get their closure I mean she has a whole life where she was and it was interesting seeing how that would play out. This book was a clean romance which I appreciate. All around if you just love and miss through suspense books then you're going to really like this one I really enjoyed it.

A missing teen, a killer on the prowl…

This K-9’s on the case.

In the Alaskan wilderness, there’s only one way to track a serial killer: a K-9. For police captain Bre Dayton, that means working with her ex, search and rescue worker Griffin Knight. With her niece missing and possibly kidnapped, Bre has to find the murderer known as the Echo Pass Hunter—fast. Even if it means trusting the man who broke her heart…and putting herself in the killer’s crosshairs.
Bre's niece is missing and she'll do everything she can to find her. Trying to enlist for her ex Griffin and his k-9 for help. Bre is aware that there is a known murderer the Echo Pass Hunter hunting people and refuses to let her niece be one of them. Problem is that he also set his sights on her now since she keeps poking around looking in his territory.

I really enjoyed this book. You can tell the amount of love Bre had for her niece and the amount of faith she had in God to be the one out there looking when no one was really helping. I really enjoyed the suspense of it all wondering when she would find her niece and how the results would end with that whether or not she was alive because there was a murderer around. There was also the fact that the murderer kept making attempts at her life and it was interesting seeing how that was playing out. There was a spark between the two main characters but nothing that was really out there this book did remain clean which I appreciate. I really enjoyed getting to know the characters and just seeing how it all played out. Highly recommend.

The last person security expert Luke Patterson ever expected to see again is in desperate trouble. Claire Wallace witnessed her boss’s murder…and the killer is tearing her quiet life apart to find her. Luke will do anything to protect the childhood friend he never forgot. But as their secrets become an inescapable trap, will they survive to have any future?
Claire Wallace is on the run after witnessing a murder and it's clear the person who is behind this is now after her Luke Patterson is someone she knew in the past and is now a security expert and he will do everything he can to keep her safe and put this person behind bars.

I love action mystery novels and this book really was great for me. I loved getting to know the characters with their bit of backstories and kind of rooting for the two to pair up as a couple. Before that happens they have to figure out a way to clear Claire's name because things are being turned on her and it was so interesting seeing how they work together to solve what was happening. There was never a dull moment and I really enjoyed reading this one.

The most reliable man

Could be the cowboy right in front of her.

Blaine Mayer’s life gets complicated when his high school crush, Sienna Powell—pregnant and recently divorced—comes to stay on his family’s ranch. He needs to focus on the cattle but can’t stop spending time with her. As Sienna’s visit nears its end, Blaine hates the thought of her walking out of his life for good. Can he prove to Sienna that he’s the man she needs?

Sienna is pregnant and in the process of divorce and staying at Blaine's family ranch for the summer with her niece and nephew. She's just hoping as she figures out her future to also give her niece and nephew a good summer as well as they are having some issues with their parents. The longer they are there everyone seems to fall into a comfortable rhythm settling and and Blaine and Sienna fall for eachother but need to decide what happens as the summer comes to a close.

To this was a pretty light book I have to say nothing too dramatic going on. I enjoyed seeing how everyone settled in at the ranch and dealing with ranch life. There was a bit of drama and trauma when it came to the past Sienna was dealing with some abandonment issues that shaped her current self and when she handled things you can see how it was impacting her life and not for the better. Then there was Blaine who was also dealing with some abandonment issues regarding a family member and you can really see how it just impacts people in different way. I enjoyed the bit of romance forming between Blaine and Sienna and was curious to see how that would pan out and overall found myself enjoying this book. I really enjoyed it.

A kidnapping case

reveals a secret that changes everything…

After witnessing an abduction, FBI agent Luke Harmon vows to return the teenage victim safely to her aunt, his ex, Abby Mitchell. But Abby has a secret—the girl is their daughter. To rescue his child from a human trafficking ring, he’ll partner with the woman who deceived him. But can he forgive the past before Abby becomes the next target…and his family is lost forever?
Luke and Abby witness a kidnapping and on a mission to get her back. Especially since Luke finds out that the teenager was their daughter. They both work together in getting the child from the human trafficking ring, while also trying to figure out where to go to next about their relationship.

This was a pretty fast paced read, I was pretty much enjoying it that I had a hard time putting it down. I thought it was interesting seeing how they worked on figuring out where the daughter was. I mean Luke was a FBI agent working on the case so he had the law on his side and ways to talk to suspects and Abby on the other hand didn't have those advantages. She did her own sleuthing looking though post and making connections and seeing where her own leads were taking her even if it put her in dangers way she would do everything she could to make sure to get her child back. I loved watching how everything progressing and the twists and turns that were thrown in the way. Overall really enjoyable book.

Was she too much…or his perfect match?

Over-the-top Molly Cyrs hardly seems a match for bookish Callan Avery. But when Molly suggests they pose as a couple to assuage Stonefield’s anxiety about its new male librarian, his pretend paramour is all Callan can think about. Callan’s looking for a family, though, and kids aren’t in Molly’s story. Unless he can convince Molly that she’s not “too much”…and that to him, she’s just enough!
Molly is pretty out there and Callan is the new librarian looking to be seen seriously. When Molly offers the idea of being a fake couple so people can see that he's here to stay he takes her up on it. Thing is the more they are around eachother the more they want this fake relationship to turn into a real one.

This was such a sweet read. With all the dramas I've been reading lately this book was a pretty refreshing change of pace. I really enjoyed both characters but love how much I felt seen when it came Molly's character who has ADD. I love how accepting and accommodating Callan was and it was interesting seeing how they interacted with each others quirks and how they ultimately fell for eachother. Overall I really enjoyed seeing how this book played out and highly recommend you lovely readers to check this book out.

His latest case is a link to the past
And a cold case that’s all too personal…

When a new case carries echoes of his sister’s cold case murder, Detective Sergeant Lance Warner is visited by another ghost from the past. Caroline Yashima isn’t only the CJD specialist assigned to work alongside him, she’s also the ex he regrets walking away from. He’s not sure if he can expect a second chance—or just a chance for closure. But when Caroline becomes a target, he knows that he doesn’t want to live without her.

Sergeant Lance and Caroline a CJD Specialist once had a thing for eachother when he broke her heart. They never expected to run into eachother on a case that eerily close to to Lances sisters cold case and Caroline is the one looking into it. I really enjoyed seeing the connections and seeing how they were working together to solve the case. Then there was the whole Lance putting his love life on the backburner to look more into his sisters case to find out who killed her and both having feelings for one another but him breaking her heart make things iffy. I enjoyed seeing how everything ultimately wrapped up in the end. It was a fast paced enjoyable read and highly recommend you readers to check it out.
