Real estate whiz Jillian Taylor thinks heroes and haunted houses are bogus. But when a series of strange events leaves her in danger, Stealth Ops Specialist Chance McCall is quick to the scene. Jillian can't resist the chemistry brewing between her and the sexy agent. But as she and Chance deconstruct her nightmares, someone becomes more desperate to keep those secrets from surfacing.

Chance knows there's more going on at the derelict Victorian manor than just ghosts—just as he knows there's something about the blonde beauty he can't resist. If only he could help decipher the meaning of Jillian's tortured dreams…and keep her safe in his arms forever.
It's the wedding that draws both Jillian and Chance to that town. Its the house that makes Jillian want to say in town, its a fixer upper with a bit of a past but that wont stop Jillian from moving in. Chance has a bit of a history and isn't looking for a women but he just can't seem to stay away from Jillian, doesn't help that a series of accidents keep happening around her and that house and it make Chance want to help her.

I can honestly say that I loved this book. One reason is the characters, I love getting to know them and loved that the deeper I go into the book the more I get to know about these two interesting characters. Then there is that mystery and wondering what was going to happen next. I was constantly wondering who the person was who was behind everything that happened. I loved that there was enough hints and stuff to go off of and was so happy to find out that the person who I thought was behind this was the person who was causing the trouble. This book kept me on my toes and I just couldn't put it down. Fantastic book I loved it.
