He gave her his heart.
She gave him a daughter.

Eighteen months ago, Colt McCloud experienced an unforgettable night of passion. Now his onetime lover is at his door, pleading for help to save the daughter they conceived. Lola Dayton knows Colt is her only hope to infiltrate the kidnappers compound and save their baby. His military—and daddy—instincts kick in. And Colt secretly vows…if they survive, he’ll make this threesome a forever family.

Colt had one night of passion with Lola and never saw her again, little did he expect for more then a year later for her to show up at his door frazzled and talking about a child they had made and some connection to a cult that has her child. He isn't sure what to think but is willing to do everything he can to save her baby and make sure that Lola is safe.

This book had everything I enjoy in a mystery romance, thing is I'm not fond of books that have cults in it. If I knew I would've never picked this book up I'm not a fan a books with cults in it. Even knowing that though I still manged to find myself sucked up into this book and enjoying the characters and just how everything played out in the book. I loved that connection between the two, I loved that they both would risk everything for those that they love. Overall this was a pretty great book I really enjoyed it.
