Krys is a Journalist who gets into things she shouldn't to uncover the truth and it seems that someone wants to silences her. Thing is trying to figure out who could the person after her be and thing is shes looking into multiple cases both of which is pretty sketchy and the people behind it might want to silence her. Detective Morgan is to be her bodyguard until the person is apprehended.
I love a good mystery suspense type of novel and this was just perfect for that. Kry really gets into things as a journalist and certainly makes her less popular being that she is digging into things that other may not want her to uncover. I loved watching as the case unfolds and seeing how they were getting closer and farther from who it could be. There was just so many options of who it could be its just a matter of finding the right person before they strike next. I loved that there was a few mishaps and close calls to keep the readers on thier toes and it really kept me hooked till the very end. There is a bit of romance between Krys and Morgan and I really appreciate that it didn't take over the book. There is a mystery to be solved and her life is in danger so its good that it wasn't all about the romance but the mystery of it all. Overall loved the book it was such a fun read.
