Things are a bit tight and her father has health issues but they are doing what they can with what they have. Then in comes Nick letting her know that she is an heir to a fortune. To get the details straighten out she must have a dna test and talk to some people who can get things straightened out she has to go with Nick to NYC.

This was a pretty cute contemporary book. I thought it was interesting seeing how things played out for Leni. She could've let the riches that were coming her way get to her head. She could've changed with everything that slowly was getting revealed and it was interesting seeing how things played out. Then there was the clear attraction that was brewing between Nick and Leni. Nick has his hang ups and really isn't interested in getting close to anyone. I enjoyed getting to know these characters and seeing how their past impacted who they were today. Overall this was an enjoyable read for me and recommend you lovely readers to check it out.
