He’s tantalizing trouble she can’t resist…
Charlotte Parrish has always wanted a certain kind of man: someone responsible, settled, boring. Bad boys need not apply. But when her car leaves her stranded and a mysterious stranger with brooding eyes and a protective streak comes to her rescue, she can’t deny how drawn she is to him. In town searching for family he’s never met, Mitch is everything she never thought she wanted—and suddenly everything she craves.
Finding his half brothers after all these years is more than Mitch Crews has allowed himself to wish for. Finding love never even crossed his mind…until he meets Charlotte. She’s sweet, warmhearted, sexier than she knows—and too damn good for an ex-con like him. But when his past comes back to haunt him, putting Charlotte—and the family he’s come to care for—in danger, Mitch isn’t playing by the rules. He’s already surrendered his heart, but now he’ll risk his life.

Mitch just came out from jail and looking for family. His past wasn't the best and since there was pretty much nothing left for him in his last place hes gone off to seek his brothers. He never expected to find Charlotte and unexpectedly finds out she has a connection to his brothers which he ends up meeting them sooner then expected. Now he's in the position of having a family, but maybe even finding love as well, problem is his past doesn't want to stay is past and its only a matter of times before things get hard.I loved this book. I loved getting to know Mitch's character he's been through a lot of crap he didn't deserve and just wanted to see what a real family is. He was unsure how things would play out should he meet his family and it could've really been a hit or miss kinda thing since his mother was the side women and there could've been resentment and such. Then there the romance between Mitch and Charlotte, he really does feel like she is too good for him but he deserves a women like her with how understanding and supportive she was, it wasn't something he gotten and it was sweet to see. Then there was the past that was going to try to get into the way of his happiness and it was interesting how everything turned out with that. I kept wondering when something would happen, if it would happen and when. Overall this was a pretty great book I really enjoyed it.
