According to Hayley love is a subject of ridicule, a myth created by hopeless romantics.

When Hayley makes a resolution to declare her loose lifestyle era R.I.P, it’s all good in theory…

That is until she meets Daniel Stark, a well-respected, mid-thirties business man who is known for his short temper, lack of steady relationships as well as his strict preserve of his private life.

Opinionated, sharp tongued Hayley accidently steps into his office leaving Daniel resolved to put Hayley in her place and have her in his bed.

Both Hayley and Daniel can’t avoid the immediate instigation of the attraction between them.

In a unanimously agreed upon verdict by Hayley and her two best friends, Ian the gay self-absorb, aspiring model and Natasha the witty, borderline neurotic soul mate, Daniel Stark is to be Hayley’s pure physical attraction, emotions aside era closure.

Will it indeed be a closure, or a beginning to something neither Hayley nor Daniel ever bargained for…

My Thoughts:

As a bet Hayley was stuck on a tour and interview with her best friend. Needing her caffeine fix she strays to make some coffee its there that she meets and mysterious Daniel. Hayley not one for keeping things in Hayley told Daniel a few choice words about the company owner, Mr Stark. Later she comes find out that the man she previously talk to, Daniel, was none other then Mr.Stark. Mortified and attracted by this man they develop a relationship.

So that was a terrible summery I came up with but trust me when I say that this is a great book and you should be putting this book on TBR list. There was loads of angst, drama and sexy scence to keep the reader wanting more. I loved all the characters. Hayleys best friends were loyal and caring. The one person that I have a love / dislike thing for is Daniel. He's intense, bipolar and mysterious. Normally intense and mysterious would interest me but its his bipolar and short tempers that really bother me. After all that reading and I bearly go to see much of his character. I wish there was two point of views so I can see what was up with his character and I was pretty happy to see that one chapter that he did get his say. I enjoyed seeing the relationship and loved the connection between the two. Oh and that ending, GRR. if I would've known I would've waited till the next book came out to see right now what happend next for them. I hope to see more of Daniel.

By teen age, Sigal already lived in three different continents where she had the luck to experience and visit varied places, meet unique people, which only helped fuel her overly developed imagination. Currently, Sigal calls Estonia home where she lives with her husband and three kids.

Not exactly sure where they will end up next…

When she is not hiding in her office, writing, she enjoys music, reading and taking care of her little clan.

With a great believe in "don’t wait for things to happen - make them happen," she enjoys anything exciting life has to offer.

  1. Glad you liked it' Jessica. It sounds like a really good book and despite Daniel being intense I'm intrigued by him being bipolar. I always find myself fascinated with mental illness and how they're portrayed in books. Great review!
