This was a heartwarming book, I mean Mallory was in rough shape in the beginning distrustful after her last partner messed her up. I loved seeing her warm up to Liam and others and learning to trust again with people who will not hurt her this time around. She's got plenty to think about while shes on this journey of healing and taking care of Liam's mother while she is going though dementia and what comes after when her baby is born. I loved the sweet moments between Liam and Mallory and seeing as they find interest in one other but knowing there is alot going on so it was a slow burn situation and I just really enjoyed seeing how this book turned out.
