Transplant surgeon Tamsin is determined nobody will suffer the post-op complications her sister faced. She certainly doesn’t have capacity for romance. So, succumbing to passion on a visit to Edinburgh with handsome paediatrician Max is a one-night indulgence. Max has his own reasons for being anti-commitment, but when he and Tamsin are thrown back together again temporarily their snow-melting attraction leads to a whirlwind fling. Only, their feelings are deepening along with their desire. This festive season, will they be brave and embrace the gift in front of them?

Both Tamsin and Max work in the medical field and have their own issues when it comes to commitment and love but have a undeniable attraction so decide to go from one night stand to a fling this holiday season. 

Another good book for this holiday season to check out that's short enough to read quickly if your looking to get some last minute reading for your reading challenges. I liked getting to know the characters and why they were the way they were they had some deep rooted issues that ended up leading them to the path they were one and it was interesting seeing how they both help eachother out for the better. This book had plenty of steamy moments and romance along the way and overall I really enjoyed it.
