The mountains may hold the answers
But it’s a dangerous climb.

Deputy Wes Landry knows he shouldn’t get emotionally involved with his assignments. But a missing person case has drawn him strongly to Rebecca Whitlow. Desperate to find her nephew, she’s worried the rock climber has gotten lost…or worse. Wes’s investigation has him convinced Rebecca is right. Something dangerous is happening at Full Moon Mine—and they’re about to get caught in the thick of it.
Rebecca's nephew is a rock climber who has gone missing recently. Worried that he might be hurt or maybe  slipping into hold habits she tries to trace his a last whereabouts. Thankfully Deputy Wes is willing to help out but the more they did into this case it soon looks like there is something deeper going on when they keep running into some shady characters.

This was an interesting read. Like there was so much going on with this book and I just couldn't put it down. Because I was first wondering if it really was as simple as the newphew falling from his rock climbing hobby, if that's the case time is of the essence with getting help with injuries. But then with each shady character met you can't help but wonder if this or that person is connected and if something is completely different happening differently from the rock climbing. One thing is for sure is Rebecca's love for her newphew and would do anything to make sure he's safe. Overall great read I enjoyed it.
