Nadine is a jewelry maker / activist and this time she's advocating for her father because she believe that a oil company took advantage of her fathers mental state now she wants to fight for her fathers right. Helping her is lawyer Caleb Colton taking to read the fine print and help her father out but it seems more then that is going when he realizes that shady company might have Nadine followed putting her life at risk.

I enjoyed this book but I was kinda hoping for more. While I was thinking about how her father was duped and they were working on his situation it kept slipping my mind the whole reasoning as to why Caleb even had Nadine under his care because she was being stalked. Then there was the whole trying to figure out how to get the father out of that contract since he was not in the right mind cause while it showed that there wasn't much other then it saying they were looking into it and looking to see if the shady oil people did this to someone else. It just felt like something was missing and then rushed in the end. I did enjoy the simmering attraction thought between the two. Overall this book was pretty okay, I liked it .
