Ashely has been feeling off for a while now and is afraid she's leading down the same path as her father who also ended up with mental issues similar to what she's going through before taking his life. Deputy Brady was around for her incidents to save her from a couple instances of life threatening events and now he's on a mission to protect her and figure out what's truly going on.

I kind of found this book predictable but still wanted to know what was going to happen. I loved seeing how the book was going and how they were trying to figure out what was going on. Then there was Ashely's point of view, she seems pretty level headed then the confusion comes on and it was an interesting perspective because she sure of everything until she was told she wasn't. I liked the romance, of course it was a bit rushed but not really a big deal in my eyes since the book turned out really good in the end. Overall I really enjoyed it.
