So I had recently recieved this book for review and I was really looking forward to it. I've been in a cooking kick and wanted to give it a try. While reading the backgrounds stories and getting to see the recipes. I realized I was way out of my depth with dishes and ingredient that I'm too intimidated to try. For you cooks out there that got interesting tastes and not afraid to step outside the box and willing to try outlandish recipes then this book is for you.
