I thought that this book was short, sweet and enjoyable. Now even though I really enjoyed this book I really wished that there was more to it. There were a couple differences between this book and the rest of the medical romances but I guess it wasn't enough for me. I really liked that Isla stuck to her choice to being a midwife due to a event that happened to her in the past. That she didn't just go to what her father wanted. Overall I did like this book.
