A new addition to Wyoming's most scandalous family
Is Theo Colton the father of a baby dropped at his doorstep by a dying socialite? Even more shocked than the sexy bronc-riding champ is his beautiful cook, Ellie Parker. Just as she becomes the baby's nanny, she discovers a terrifying stalker has followed her to Dead River.
What's worse--as a mysterious virus quarantines the town, danger goes viral, too. But to Theo and Ellie, the biggest dangers are their sizzling attraction and profound new feelings. Can Ellie tame the cowboy who wants nothing more than a wild ride with women? Or must she deny her heart to save his life?
Review:
A stalker has been making Ellies life difficult causing her to leave her hometown. When she finds a place to temporarily stay at she takes a job as a cook for Theo on his ranch. Theo's life has been looking down since his spinal injury that doesnt let him be apart of a rodeo which was pretty much his life. Matters become worse when a baby is dropped off at his door and the mother of the baby was killed by a deadly unknown virus. Now Ellie will juggle life as a cook and as a nanny for Theo all the while not taking her mind off the possibility of her stalker coming back and worry about the quarantine for the deadly virus.
Wow, there was so much going on in the book. I kept wondering who was the stalker and when would he strike. Then there was the suspense of when Ellie and Theo would finally see they are made for eachother. Then there was the worrying about if any of them would get sick. There was so much going on in the book and I loved it. There was never a dull moment. This book was very well-written with an interesting storyline. I loved the characters and loved that there was a dual POV for Ellie and Theo. I didn't know that it was apart of a series so I'm looking forward to seeing what they are about. Overall I loved this book and highly recommend you lovely readers to check it out. 5 of 5 stars!
