Review:
Its been years since shes been to her hometown, back to the place with secrets and an old love. Rhiannon didn't have much of a choice on the connection between her family and her old love Sterlings family. Some people say that the apple doesn't fall far from the tree and Rhiannon is hoping that isn't true. She knew Sterling is nothing like his father but there that little gut feeling that he isnt but that isn't the only reason she is trying to keep her distant. Little does Sterling know that Rhiannon knows some dirty little secrets that can tear apart their world.
There is so much to love about this book. From the drama, steaminess and secrets its enough for the readers to want more. I loved the dual POV. I loved that there was enough mystery to keep the readers guessing on that the secrets that Rhiannon and everyone else was keeping. Well written, fast paced and is a stand alone so if you want to just jump into the series you can pick anyone to start with. I would recommend you lovely readers to check it out in order but it doesn't really matter what order you choose it in all of them are great.
Other titles in the series that can be read as standalone.
Broken Glamour Review:
There is so much to love about this book. I loved watching the drama unfold between Amanda and her ex-best friend/stepmother. I thought it was interesting watching Ryan side of story and how his addiction and accident changed his life. I loved watching the connection between the two. I loved all the characters and seeing a bit of Lane and Dillon in the book. I've noticed a lot of times in these stand alone types of books the characters from the first book kind of disappear into lala land and they are a no show in the second book. I liked that even if the book wasn't focused on Lane and Dillion they still had somewhat of a part in the book. I loved that there was so much going on with the drama and steam got me hooked from start to end. So as a warning, once you start this book you won't want to put it down till the very end.Overall this is a great book and I really loved it, I highly recommend you lovely readers to check out this book! 4.5 of 5 stars!
Hard Glamour Review:
After the death of her mother Lane is finally going after her dreams and is heading out of Kansas to LA. When she finds out her internship was given to someone else she was pretty much out of luck. Now homeless, with just a car and little bit of money things can't get any worse. When the company who gave away her internship gives her a call and give her a job as a reader for a upcoming movie star. From the moment they met he has been nothing but rude to her. If she can manage to put up with this guy for the summer she'll have her dream job set for the next time she comes back.I really enjoyed this book. I loved the characters and thought that this book was nicely written. I loved that there was two point of views, so I got to see why Dillion acted the way he did. If I didn't know of his side I probably would've hated his character. We'll I did hate his character at first only because he was pretty much a jerk and didn't need to treat Lane the way he did at first. I thought that Lane was a bit irresponsible in the beginning, for getting herself into a situation with no money and such. I think she could've asked more questions before jumping head first into things. But then again if she didn't just jump into things like she did, she would've been stuck home with out her dream job within sights. I loved that she just went for what she wanted even if she did't do it in the best way. Overall I did enjoy this book 4 of 5 stars!
