I feel like I am wrapped in a cyclone. Everything is whirling around me, drawing the air out of my lungs and filling me with the best kind of turmoil. Every time his tongue slides against mine, a prickle in my gut tells me how right we are together. How much I need David. How much I need us.

I hope the cyclone never stops.

Emma Searfoss has spent a lifetime trying to escape her abusive stepfather. It's why she moved far away from home. It's why she's kept no ties with her remaining family. And it's why she's got a major rage problem. When her neighbor shows up to fix the kitchen in her new apartment, his enigmatic charm calms the fire in her. David is cool and collected, and he makes Emma feel safe for the first time ever. But David has his own chilling past—his six previous girlfriends have all disappeared without a trace. Emma's walking a dangerous line, but David's pull is intoxicating. And impossible to resist…

My Thoughts:

I don't use GIF's often so when I used them its because I had a strong emotion to the book that I needed a gif to show my reaction ... That ending. I knew it was going to happen soon as the ending was nearing and yet I still am surprised how it turned out. So yea there's a bit of a cliffhanger. I'm trying to figure out which gif suites that ending and my reaction so I'll put up both. Because I was both shocked and horrified.

There is so many reasons to love this book. One was that there was a back flash going back and forth for the present and and the past of Emma. It really helps the readers really see her as a real person connecting to the character. Not only that, there's a back flash of the many other women in Davids life.  Throughout the book I can see that there is a train wreck about to happen. It was hard seeing Emma's past, and the way the author writes this book the readers will get a vivid picture of what is going on. There is so much to say about this book but hard to do without spoiling it for you.

Trust me when I say that you'll pretty much fall into this book wondering whats going to happen. So I just found out that this is the first book from the author and this is a fantastic book so well done! With how much I loved this book is it any surprise that I would rather this book 5 of 5 stars! I highly recommend you lovely readers put this book on your tbr list and bump it to the top, you won't be disappointed!
