He told me to say when, but I can’t. Not with Andrés. It’s so hard to say anything when he’s trailing feather soft kisses down my neck, or when his touch sends hot currents of lust rippling across my skin. Then there’s the way he smiles and offers soft words of encouragement when I’m creating art, almost like he believes I have talent.
He’s not like any guy I’ve ever met. Not like my ex-fiancée. Not like my father. He’s got me thinking that maybe we can have something more. More than just lust, degradation, and abuse.
And now I’m scared, because that means I’ll have to trust him with more than just my body, but with my heart, too.
My Thoughts:
Christina has allowed herself to be pushed around by her mother, best friend and fiance but not any more. Christina finally grew a pair and wants to do things for herself. When a one night stand ends up into something more Christina finds herself connected to the guy. Secrets, lies and betrayals are now out in the open will Christina be able to get through it all?
Short, simple, sweet, and steamy. I really enjoyed this book. Just enough drama and problems to keep me till the end. I loved the instant connection that these two broken people. I loved that even though it took her some time Christina finally stop letting people push her around, stood her ground and made her choices. I liked that she stopped working hard to please others and do something she wants for a change. I completely hated her mother she was selfish and hateful. This book was predictable and still enjoyable. I loved that there was more than one point of view. The readers get to see into Andres world and see what kind of demons that he holds inside.
Overall I enjoyed this book and think you readers will too.
Thank you! Glad you enjoyed it. I will have Say Yes available on NetGalley in a few weeks. ;)
