She’s seen too much.

And a chance reunion is her only hope for survival.

Witness to a murder. No passport to go home. Mia Jones never expected to run into Jack Brannon in the middle of nowhere. Their affair years ago left her heartbroken, but now Jack is her only hope. The Law Enforcement Park Ranger thinks his eyes are playing tricks on him when he spots Mia at a local diner. He’s even more surprised when he learns she’s in hiding—and why. Determined to keep her safe and bring a killer to justice, Jack takes the woman he never forgot on a road trip in search of answers…and the ultimate retribution.

Mia is a British woman who loves Adventure but ends up a witness on the run and luckily she ran into Jack Brennan a guy from her past in the middle of nowhere far from home who is just the right person who could help her out.

I enjoyed this fast pace read there was just so much going on. I really enjoy getting to know the characters and seeing how they worked together to getting away from those were after her. I like a good second chance at romance and this book wasn't too much as someone who isn't a fan of reading books that have steamy scenes. Overall it's pretty good book I really enjoyed it.
